Driver gate MOSFET SI82394CD-IS, 24V, SOIC W, 16-Pin

Combinazione di due driver isolati con controllo ingresso indipendente o un singolo ingresso per applicazioni ad alta potenza. Tutti funzionano con VDD in ingresso da 2,5 V e una tensione di alimentazione massima di 24 V. Perfetti per attivare MOSFET e IGBT di potenza che supportano fino a 5 kV rms di tensione applicabile.

Sono caratterizzati da un'elevata CMTI (100 kV/μs), ridotti ritardi di propagazione, basso disallineamento e una ridotta variazione con temperatura, usura e parte a parte. Un rilevamento guasti e feedback UVLO in uscita offre l’arresto automatico di entrambi i driver.

Tutti sono forniti nel contenitore ampio SOIC a 16 pin con isolamento nominale di 5 kVrms.
