La scheda Exsys PCIe I/O fornisce due uscite seriali RS-232 ad alte prestazioni UART 16C550. È progettato per espandere due porte seriali aggiuntive per PC, piccole workstation o server tramite il bus PCIe. i valori +5V e +12V sono configurabili sul pin 9 dei connettori seriali come sistema POS (Power over System). La scheda è completamente compatibile con il Plug-and-Play.
